Solution Packs

Start with reusable business-role templates and customize owned resources.

Install a pack

  1. Choose a pack in the target Project.
  2. Review its version, prerequisites and resources.
  3. Map required connector capabilities to eligible approved operation IDs.
  4. Install and inspect the resulting Agent, Knowledge collection and draft Workflow links.
  5. Customize and validate the owned resources before use.

Templates preserve governance

Customer Service, Sales and Operations templates provide starting configurations. Packs cannot silently create permissions, insert credentials or overwrite customer edits. Required mappings must be resolved before installation.
